Designer

BSSP is looking for an outstanding Designer to join our team. We need someone who not only has a tasteful eye for beautiful things, but the steady hand to make even more beautiful things. What you will do:

• Execute designs for packaging, identity systems and integrated campaigns across print, digital, OOH, social, etc.
• Provide multiple solutions to each assignment taking into account any/all restrictions included in art direction.
• Assist in preparing materials necessary for client presentations.

What you will need:

• 2+ years of agency experience (branding agency, in-house studio, advertising agency, etc.)
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to work across different mediums, while creating high-quality, exceptional design.
• Deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and overall layout.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments at one time.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Photo-retouching and image development skills.
• Interest in keeping a pulse on culture and ever-changing trends in design.
