Looking for a designer

We are a really easy going coming which is in the process of developing a CV builder website and we need a designer for the project.

Looking for a clean design and for the designer to think about optimizing the design to increase sales, not only for it to look pretty (will provide all the details).

Ideally would prefer a fixed quote for the project.
