What you will work on:
*Create stellar proposals for clients that support the sales team in their efforts to sign creators
*Design and produce various marketing campaign collateral to support demand and lead generation (landing pages, emails, presentations, diagrams and infographics, brochures, posters, ads, social media artwork, etc.);
*Collaborate with other teams to understand their needs, requirements, and objectives and incorporate their projects into the overall timeline;
*Manage projects between multiple freelance designers
*Work with clients to develop their brands further
*Design products and apparel
*Design characters (2D illustration) or lead the design projects done by our freelancers
*Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for attracting creators to the platform
*Ability to follow tight deadlines. Our creators work on a strict schedule!

Qualifications
*1+ years of experience working in a creative, forward-thinking, and fast-paced company;
*2+ years of illustration experience
*Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator;
*Experience using Figma &/or Sketch is a plus
*A keen attention to detail and a willingness to think outside the box;
*Ability to manage other designers and keep the flow of projects organized
*Team Player - you love taking care of your teammates and expect the same treatment in return
*Extraordinary listening, communication, and organizational skills
*Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
*A bachelor degree in design or illustration is a plus
