Position Overview:
We are looking for a Creative 3D Custom Signage & Production Designer who is passionate about originality and pushing creative boundaries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on transforming ideas into tangible, 3D products that stand out in real-world applications. You’ll be responsible for designing custom signage solutions, dynamic vehicle wraps, and large-format graphics that are not only visually striking but also manufacturable. You’ll collaborate closely with our fabrication, account management, and installation teams to bring your creative ideas to life, ensuring that each design is both unique and production-ready.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop tangible, three-dimensional signage products that balance artistic innovation with real-world fabrication and installation constraints.
• Create impactful vehicle wraps and large-format graphics that enhance brand identity and visual communication.
• Develop scaled 3D renderings and technical drawings that clearly illustrate your creative concepts, ensuring they are production-ready and can be physically realized with high craftsmanship.
• Prepare precise, production-ready vector files for CNC routing, vinyl plotting, large-format printing, and vehicle wrap applications, maintaining creativity and originality throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with fabrication, account management, and installation teams to ensure designs are functional, high-quality, and achievable in real-world production.
• Utilize cutting-edge materials and techniques to create custom signage and branding solutions that are truly tangible and immersive.
• Design solutions that are aesthetically original, brand-focused, and practically sound, while adhering to material limitations and production tolerances.
• Ensure all designs meet ADA compliance and other regulatory standards, keeping accessibility in mind while maintaining creative integrity.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in custom signage, vehicle wrap, and large-format graphic design, with a strong emphasis on creating tangible, 3D branding products.
• A portfolio showcasing innovative 3D signage, vehicle wraps, and environmental graphics, demonstrating originality and manufacturability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Creative Design Suite.
• Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication methods, and vinyl application techniques, with the ability to design with 3D principles in mind.
• Experience with CNC routing, vinyl plotting, and full-color large-format printing for the creation of custom signage, vehicle wraps, and graphics.
• Ability to visualize and design tangible branding elements that are not only creative but also practical and manufacturable.
• Strong problem-solving skills to overcome design-to-production challenges, ensuring the finished product stays true to the original vision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

Work Schedule: This position requires in-office presence at our Hummelstown location. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
