We are not just selling products or services—we are crafting compelling stories through visual content, reaching the hearts and minds of our audience. This role requires a designer who can:

  • Conduct in-depth research in Chinese herbal medicine and Classical Chinese iconography to create a culturally informed yet contemporary brand presence.

  • Move beyond stereotypical aesthetics, bringing forward historic and classical Chinese art references into authentic, nuanced, and sophisticated visual representations (with a contemporary interpretation) for our products and experiential offerings.

2. Retreats & Wellness Center Marketing

  • Develop branding and promotional materials for:

    • 5-night immersive retreats focused on healing and transformation.

    • Out-patient ½ day retreats catering to busy professionals seeking wellness solutions.

    • The Healing Order’s new wellness center

    • All opening in 5 months - requiring full visual identity development.

  • Create compelling visual narratives to promote these offerings across web, print, and social media.

3. Brand Identity & Graphic Design

  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms.

  • Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional content.

  • Ensure a consistent visual language that aligns with our mission and core philosophy.

4. Packaging & Product Design

  • Develop packaging concepts for new and existing Classical Pearls products.

  • Implement product label design to meet regulatory and aesthetic requirements.

  • Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure high-quality print production.

5. Social Media Oversight & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee visual strategy for social media platforms, ensuring brand cohesion.

  • Design engaging social content that connects with both B2B and D2C audiences.

  • Work alongside the marketing team to create visual campaigns that drive awareness and sales.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years experience in graphic design, web design, and branding.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Experience with Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, or similar website platforms.

  • Strong UI/UX design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing modern, user-friendly websites.

  • Background in packaging design and print production.

  • Deep interest in Chinese medicine, wellness, and cultural iconography (or willingness to research).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a family-owned business with over 30 years of history, now experiencing significant expansion.

  • Create transformative designs that blend ancient wisdom with modern aesthetics.

  • Work in a mission-driven environment dedicated to holistic wellness.

  • Play a key role in the visual evolution of multiple brands.
