Senior User Interaction Designer
What you'll do
- Work with a diverse and creative UX team to lay the foundation for products and services that will delight and inspire our users.
- Develop Information Architectures
- Wireframe and UI prototype for web, mobile, and voice
- Quickly iterate designs integrating user feedback
- Understand research insights & translate them into designs
- Lead ideation sessions with cross-functional team
- Collaborate with Product Management, Visual Design, Engineering, and Business Analysts
- Drive decisions with stakeholders
- Communicate effectively
- Listen actively
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications/qualities:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to:
- Empathize with users and uncover latent needs
- Synthesize and simplify data for sharing
- Co-create innovative solutions to problems
- Wireframe and UI prototype for web, mobile, and voice
- Understand research insights & translate them into design
