Web/Graphic Designer

A Little About Us:

Intersection Online, Inc. is an award-winning, 5-star rated, boutique-style digital design and marketing firm. We are a small group with big talent that delivers and we’re looking for a talented designer to join our (remote) design team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative person to design across multiple platforms, including website design, marketing campaigns, social media, sales decks/presentations and various types of printed materials.

Currently a part-time (15-20 hours/week @ $20-$25/hour) role with anticipated expansion into full-time position with potential growth opportunities within the company in the future.

Requirements:

• Exceptional visual design skills & creativity

• Advanced proficiency in latest versions of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

• Accountability with deadlines and project milestones

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency

• Able to design fast and work within project budgets

• Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current client workload

• Able to adhere to client brand guidelines and specifications

• Able to work well with minimal supervision

• Responsiveness - regular working schedule

• Must be a self starter and need little direction to complete projects
