About Us:
We are seeking creative graphic designers/illustrators to collaborate on unique brand designs that fuse sports (mainly hockey) with pop culture elements. Our projects are inspired by the edgy, punk aesthetics seen in brands like Violent Gentleman and Flying House Threads w designers like Nowhereland Supply.
Responsibilities:
Create original graphic designs and illustrations that blend sports themes, particularly hockey, with pop culture references.
Develop innovative and eye-catching designs that reflect a punk-inspired aesthetic.
Collaborate with our team to ensure designs align with our brand vision and project requirements.
Provide design drafts and iterate based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer or illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong understanding of visual design principles and typography.
Ability to create designs that resonate with sports and pop culture audiences.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Bonus Skills:
Previous experience or a strong interest in sports, particularly hockey.
Familiarity with punk culture and its visual style.
Experience working with apparel or merchandise design.
