Senior Product Designer
Lyrebird Health is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Designer to join our rapidly growing team to solve some big problems in healthcare. Currently, health practitioners are battling the burden of clinical documentation. It is a driving force behind clinician burn out and unsustainable work hours; ultimately depriving them of being able to deliver the best care for their patients.
That’s where Lyrebird Health comes in. We have the privilege of striving to automate all non-patient facing tasks for healthcare professionals, so they are free to be at their best.
Building simple solutions to big problems is what we are here to do. As our second Product Designer you will play a pivotal role in our growing team to achieve this. You will be working closely with our product engineering to create intuitive designs for Lyrebird Health, specifically on our AI-driven clinical documentation experience.
We are ideally looking for someone who has a broad range of experiences in end-to-end product design and implementation. Strong visual design skills are preferable, familiarity using/or building Design Systems and you enjoy rapid prototyping, testing and learning from users.
We are a small, well-funded, and fast-growing startup (and I mean, seriously fast). This means that there are many perks that other opportunities cannot offer, including:
What you can expect in the role:
Extreme ownership: You will have a lot of autonomy and will be able to make many design decisions.
High impact: As a highly adopted, everyday product - everything you make will impact the workflows of thousands of practitioners.
Broader responsibilities and roles: You will wear many hats - product design, product marketing, strategy, research, product growth. As we’re small, someone who is more of a generalist will thrive in this role.
Opportunity to grow the role: In such a formative phase of the design team, you will be well-positioned to take on new and exciting roles as they become available. Working side-by-side with Head of Design, you will play an influential role in shaping the design culture and rituals at Lyrebird Health.
Salary and equity options are flexible and dependent on the experience of the right candidate.
