About The Role:

SmartMoving is growing its product team and is looking for a UI/UX Designer to assist with that growth. The UI / UX Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, prototyping and delivering compelling and intuitive experiences for our customer facing web and mobile applications. Working closely with the product management and engineering teams, you will translate ideas into customer experiences, flows, wireframes and mockups.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Translate product requirements into user experiences, creating pixel perfect mockups, user flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes to convey complex interactions.

• Understand and interpret brand, user, and business needs, to develop innovative, creative and results-oriented digital solutions

• Optimize existing user interface designs and test new ideas with customers

• Working with engineers to construct dynamic, interactive designs that are technically feasible

• Create journey maps, user cases, and personas that are aligned with product and business goals

• Design intuitive software workflows focused on making the overall user experience seamless and satisfying

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing customer-facing products on web and mobile devices required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers required.

• Proficient in UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tooling

• Experience in Jira or equivalent task management system is a plus
