Role Summary: As a Graphic Designer at CIC, you’ll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing industry-leading design projects. From brand identity development to digital campaigns and physical product print collateral, you will leverage your expertise to create visually stunning and strategically impactful designs. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of design principles.

Key Responsibilities:


·         Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience demographics.

·         Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that align with client objectives and project requirements.

·         Build or create automations within the creative toolsets, to reduce redundant tasks.

·         Create compelling visual assets across various mediums, including print, digital, social media, and motion graphics.

·         Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

·         Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to help set CIC apart from its competitors.

·         Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

·         Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback to drive project success.

·         Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring seamless handoffs and efficient workflow management.




·         Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, in a related field, or relevant experience.

·         2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.

·         Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

·         Strong portfolio highlighting a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.

·         Experience working on brand identity development, marketing campaigns, and digital design projects.

·         Experience with digital product photography is highly valued.

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

·         Swift responsiveness to internal ticketing requests, modifications, or collaboration

·         Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

·         Knowledge of the promotional product industry-leading design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies is advantageous.

·         Passion for creativity and a drive to push the boundaries of design excellence.
