Landing Page Design Wordpress

We're looking for someone who can make clean and modern looking and high converting landing pages for meta ads. The ad would take the user to these landing pages when clicked on, and the landing pages would then try to get the user to enroll in online courses. It needs to convince them on the features, value proposition, value of the courses. At the very least get their email address.
