Role Overview: As our Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our design approach from the ground up. Whether your expertise lies in a specific design vertical or spans across product and web design, your ability to craft intuitive and impactful designs will be crucial. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a leadership position, guiding our design direction and team.
Responsibilities:
Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of design quality and user experience.
Collaborate closely with clients and team members to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
Contribute to multiple projects, balancing product and web design tasks with ease.
Mentor junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Stay ahead of design trends and technologies, continuously enhancing our design practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in product and/or web design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, design systems, and responsive design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Eagerness to grow into a leadership role, with or without prior leadership experience.
Must hold a Canadian passport to facilitate participation in company offsites.
