Senior UI/UX Designer

Memeberup.com is looking for a senior UI/UX designer to join our team. In this role, you'd be our primary lead designer who will be responsible for collaborating with leadership on designs for our saas product. We're looking to hire the absolute best for this position!

MemberUp is an online community and course hosting platform. Design is one of our big differentiators. We're like the Apple of our industry and we've been growing fast as a result. With our marketing partners (some of the largest within our industry) and great product, we are poised to be #1 in the near future. We currently use Figma for all design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design department in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Define and implement design guidelines, standards, and best practices for the team to follow.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results to continuously improve the user experience.

• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
