Junior Graphic Designer - Social Change
Use your powers for good. Marketing for Change Co is a national creative and research agency propelled by behavioral science and focused on social change. We are seeking a driven and innovative junior designer eager to move their work to the next level, and help us make the world a little better place to live. Our mission is to make good causes, practices and ideas more fun, easy and popular. Our clients are typically nonprofits, foundations and governments. The successful candidate will be energized by working with a wide range of other professionals, including writers, artists, researchers, developers, designers and strategists stretched from Denver to just outside Washington, DC.
Things we are looking for:
Strong production skills
Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and color
Strong skills with Design software (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Portfolio focused on typography and layout (any other relevant work is welcome)
Demonstrated talent for high-caliber creative and design
Interest or experience in motion graphics
Desire to work in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate with art directors, editors, illustrators, and other departments in a fast-paced and friendly environment
The motivation to maintain and improve design standards

Salary commensurate with experience, with an expected range of $40,000 to $50,000. Colorado (coworking space in Denver)
Marketing for Change fosters a hybrid working environment where professionals have the option to work part time from home, but are expected to be in the office at least two days a week.
