User Feedback: Actively engage with users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate this input into your design work. Facilitate user testing sessions and interpret results to make data-driven design improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design vision is aligned with product goals and technical constraints.
Prototyping and Validation: Develop and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Validate designs through user testing and feedback to ensure solutions meet user needs and expectations.
Design Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for design excellence within CoreWeave, promoting the importance of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design and user feedback methodologies, continuously refining your approach and techniques.
