UI/UX Designer for Prop Tech Startup

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Aigentless is a prop tech startup hoping to revolutionize the rental leasing process through automation that empowers renters, property managers, and landlords alike- from lead to lease. We will offer self-guided tours so renters can tour apartments on their terms, with hassle-free scheduling and zero sales or social pressure. We will provide property managers and landlords with real-time data analytics via a CRM so they can have the full and immediate access to information necessary to optimize rental pricing.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are seeking someone to help us with the UI/UX design for our website. We will specifically need designs for the landing pages for both renters and real estate professionals, the CRM dashboard, property profiles, and self-guided tours. In terms of look/aesthetic, we are going for a modern, sleek look that is user friendly and calming. We have a brand kit with our colorway and typography, and a logo, but we are totally open to your input :-) We also have made some initial inspo design in Figma, which will hopefully help save you some time. We will of course share all of this with you if there is a fit.

DEADLINE / TIMELINE EXPECTATIONS

We have to get this over to the developers in the next week or so. As a result it is a very fast timeline/turnaround - just want to put this out there in case you are very busy with other projects right now.
