Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Contract Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our product. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to design and enhance features, ensuring they align with our user's needs and business objectives. This is a contract position with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Translate concepts and ideas into high-quality user interfaces and interactive prototypes.
Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
USA citizenship or authorization to work in the USA.
Nice to Have:
Experience working on mobile app design.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies.
Experience in designing for web-based applications.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
