Senior Digital Designer

PixelPass is looking for a talented freelance/part-time senior-level designer to lead projects and assist in building our design processes. We’re seeking an individual who has a hunger for growth, improving their skills, and being part of a fast-paced team that’s working hard to innovate. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of PixelPass. Working closely with the two founders, you will lead a variety of projects; designing websites, social media ads, branding, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery, for projects varying in deliverables and scope

• Consistently produce eye-catching designs that fulfill the project’s brief

• Work closely with the founders to manage projects, workload and operations

• Make revisions to design based on feedback from the founders and clients

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of designs experience, and a portfolio of web, graphic and brand design work

• You’re highly proficient with Figma

• You have a great understanding of layout, typography, color use, and web/print standards

• You’re very organized, and care about the details with your designs

• You have excellent communication skills

• You are self-reliant and work well in a fast-paced environment

• (NICE TO HAVE) You have some experience designing for early-stage startups
