About This Opportunity
The Senior Graphic Designer, Digital and Web Design work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Manager, video team, and other designers to find ways to integrate different forms of media to improve usability and enhance the look and feel of the brand in a digital platform.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
Stay current on design trends, innovation, and technology
Deliver best-in-class designs for deliverables across all channel mediums, i.e., Websites, digital ads, emails, landing pages, social media, and web and digital assets aligning to brand strategies and aesthetics
Lead role in developing, maintaining, and improving our websites while obtaining direction from the marketing team and executive-level management
Exhibit exceptional time management, critical thinking, and communication skills
Mentor and inspire team members, while helping everyone on the creative team understand and adopt best multimedia practices
Ability to explain complex technical information in an easy-to-follow way
What You’ll Need to Win
5-7 years of experience in digital and web design
Bachelor’s degree in web, interactive, graphic design, or similar
Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Highly skilled in UI/UX tools (Sketch, XD)
Knowledgeable in different programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery
Excel in WordPress (Currently using Elementor but open to transferring to the new format)
Expert knowledge of mobile/browser/platform constraints and how they affect the design
Understanding and ability to lead the creative and digital production process
Elevated typography skills and an eye for details and quality
Proven project organization and time management skills
Must have an online portfolio that displays conceptual thinking and a strong understanding of color, layout, typography, and expert knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG 2.0 A, AA, etc.)
