Job Description: As a Brand Designer at Infusion Investments, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all our subsidiaries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, visual storytelling, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Development:

    • Lead the development and evolution of the Infusion Investments brand and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand brand objectives, values, and target audience.

  2. Visual Identity:

    • Design and maintain visual elements such as logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery to ensure a cohesive and distinctive brand presence.

    • Create style guides and brand manuals to communicate design standards and guidelines across the organization.

  3. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and communication teams to translate business objectives into visually compelling design concepts.

    • Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized design projects when necessary.

  4. Subsidiary Support:

    • Develop and manage visual identities for each subsidiary under the Infusion Investments umbrella, ensuring a unified brand image.

    • Provide design support for subsidiary-specific marketing collateral, websites, and promotional materials.

  5. Digital and Print Design:

    • Create engaging designs for both digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, website elements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.

  6. Market Research:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor branding, and design innovations to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Brand Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and design trends.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
