BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of dedicated experience in a senior or lead graphic design role, preferably within renowned agencies or top-tier organizations.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other industry-leading design tools.
Intimate experience with contemporary design software and AI tools, such as Firefly, Mid Journey, Dream Studio, DALLE 2, etc.
Proven track record in contributing significantly to brand strategy, identity creation, and brand campaigns.
Ability to think strategically, translating client needs, brand positioning, and business objectives into original design concepts.
Stellar interpersonal and presentation skills, ensuring seamless collaborations with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong ability to lead, inspire, and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.
Experience working on international projects or with multicultural teams is a plus.

Competitive Base salary of $75-120k
