Graphic Designer (On-Site)

Summary/Objective

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our brand's visual identity. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual communication, creating compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand's values. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering visually stunning designs across various platforms. Please note: this position is on-site and based in PHX, AZ, and is not a remote or hybrid position.

Essential Functions

Visual Design:

  • Conceptualize and design creative assets for a variety of channels, including digital platforms, print materials, social media, and more.

  • Develop visually engaging graphics that communicate our brand's message and objectives.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure consistency in visual branding across all touchpoints by adhering to established brand guidelines and design standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a unified brand identity.

Design Production:

  • Create high-quality design deliverables, including but not limited to banners, posters, social media graphics, infographics, and digital ads.

  • Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining their visual impact.

Creative Ideation:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts and ideas.

  • Collaborate with team members to contribute creative solutions to marketing and communication challenges.

Feedback and Iteration:

  • Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance design projects.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and continuously strive for improvement.

  • Provide feedback to teammates on lighter design lifts as they happen

Stay Updated on Design Trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and relevant ideas to the table.

  • Apply industry best practices to elevate our visual content.

  • Partnership & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with video, design, content, and partnership teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints.

This job operates in an office environment. This role may routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, copiers.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling visual designs.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting design briefs.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
