Lead Product Designer

We're a stealth startup in the analytics space and are looking for lead product designer to help drive our design strategy and execution.

We've raised a $2MM pre-seed, and are now positioning to make serious investments into our product, design, and engineering organizations over the next few months. We see design as the most important of those investments.

We believe that the way data is consumed, understood, and communicated needs to be re-conceived from the ground up -- now, moreso than ever, with the advent of AI. We plan to position this role to eventually lead a team of senior-staff designers to own not just UX/UI, but the fundamental capabilities of the products we build.

We are looking for a mid-to-senior career product designer with proven experience in creating beautiful and delightful experiences that make the complex simple. We have a preference for candidates who have prior experience designing for "data tools" and BI products.

The role is remote and the remainder of the team is based in California, Washington, and Bangalore.
