We are currently seeking a talented and creative Senior Designer (Social Media/Motion Graphics) to join our creative team in London. We are looking for a candidate who can craft compelling visual content to elevate our brand presence across various social media platforms.

Job Overview:

The Social Media Designer will work closely with the Creative Director and Digital Marketing Leads to develop, execute, and evaluate social media campaigns. You will be responsible for both creating static and dynamic visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines, and continuously improving our visual content strategy based on data-driven results.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing Teams to conceptualize campaign ideas.

  • Design outstanding static visuals and motion graphics tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Uphold our brand's identity by strictly adhering to our brand guidelines, ensuring uniformity across all social media touchpoints.

  • Masterfully employ tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite for design creation and modifications.

  • Diligently monitor, assess, and report on campaign performances leveraging analytics tools.

  • Embrace a culture of continuous learning, regularly interpreting data, pinpointing trends, and making informed design decisions.

  • Regularly update and enhance design templates, fostering efficient content production.

  • Partner with various teams to ensure design alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.
