Web Designer

We are seeking a visionary Web Designer who will elevate our online presence. You will be the creative force behind our homepage, product pages, and marketing materials, creating designs that stir a deep connection with our users, inspire trust, and effectively communicate the innovative nature of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement beautiful and engaging home pages, product pages, and marketing pages that highlight our technology's unique features and benefits.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product to create designs that communicate its value and functionality effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure our website is aligned with our brand guidelines and communicates our brand story powerfully and consistently.

  • Create design prototypes and UI elements, using your expert knowledge of design software.

  • Ensure our website design is responsive and accessible across multiple platforms and devices.

  • Participate in user and conversion testing to receive feedback, and make necessary adjustments to optimize effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong creative and visual design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging web designs, preferably including technical products.

  • Ability to understand Turbo and end user computing concepts, and translate these concepts into visually appealing and understandable marketing materials.

  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, InVision, Webflow, and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to incorporate animated elements (Lotie, Rive or similar) preferred.

  • Understanding of web design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Experience in responsive and mobile design.

  • Ability to understand and translate technical products into visually compelling designs.

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, is preferred

This position may be based at our Redmond, Washington office or remote. We operate in a hybrid home/office work environment.
