Senior UI-UX Designer

Hey!

We are RĀNADEV, a design and development agency based out of Seattle, WA. From concept to buildout, we make game-changing applications with industry leading UX and hella-good code.

We’re looking for REALLY COOL product designers to work on cutting edge projects in the AI, Web3, Fintech and Blockchain space.

THE SPECIFICS

• UI designer who is proficient in SKETCH and or FIGMA

• Excellent product design and design fundamentals, including visual design, typography, UI design, interaction design, and information architecture

• Able to provide both Desktop AND mobile of each design

• Also VERY good at UX and creating user experience that is new and pushes the limits of what exists

• Is able to create high-fidelity motion prototypes of designs, both in small animations and entire application using After Effects

• Needs to design the UI as part of the UX together, and not start with wireframes

• Last, need to be communicative and available for conversation. Communication is EXTREMELY important

POSITION

You'll be Senior Product Designer (Full-time Independent Contractor) working directly for RĀNADEV in a remote position. We'll be offering you an awesome and competitive payout that is well above the industry standards for this role.

6. If you had specifications, how many hours would it take you to create a dashboard from scratch in Sketch or Figma?

7. Do you have experience handing your designs off to front end developers and making sure that they are executed properly?

8. Are you OK with a bi-monthly payout for a full-time position?

9. What is your hourly rate?
