Product Designer UX/UI (m/f/d)

As Product Designer UX/UI (m/f/d) at ToolTime, you will build and scale with us the most innovative software solution, that will not only help home service businesses to cope with their office work in the easiest and most efficient way possible, but set them up for future growth and success.

YOUR ROLE

  • As a Product Designer, you become part of cross-functional product squads which focus on constant value delivery to our customers.

  • Together with your squads’ members, you will be analyzing customer needs and will be defining the feature roadmap based on those needs as well as business KPIs.

  • In collaboration with Product, User Research, Engineering, and Customer Success, you will develop innovative product concepts.

  • By drawing insights from product analytics, you will derive ideas for UX/UI improvements.

  • To best convey your design ideas, you will use a variety of UX methods depending on the complexity of the design feature. This may include storyboards, user flows, prototypes, etc. Additionally, you will collect valuable input from cross-functional team workshops.

  • You will use and develop ToolTime DS to create high-fidelity responsive designs, incorporating motion design and custom graphics to finalize your solutions.

  • Your success will be measured by the goals you and your squad set for yourself.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at least 2 years of experience building digital products in close collaboration with developers and product managers.

  • You are experienced in developing, testing, and refining concepts based on research, insights, brand principles, and business needs.

  • You are able to simplify complex requirements into simple, clear, and elegant design solutions.

  • You have experience in creating innovative user interface designs that enable smooth, delightful, and meaningful user experiences.

  • You possess strong visual design skills and a good understanding of design principles in order to create visually appealing and user-friendly design solutions.

  • You are proficient with current design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite).

  • You have strong interpersonal and teaming skills, drive, empathy, and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.

  • You have strong communication skills with very good English skills in order to explain design decisions and processes to stakeholders clearly.
