We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our remote fun team!
At Shosho Design, we are passionate about creating impactful designs that drive business results. We work closely with our clients to understand their goals and deliver unique design solutions that make a difference. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our team.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of our design projects, leading the design process and working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. This role requires a unique blend of creative design skills, strategic thinking, and excellent client relationship management.
Responsibilities

Leading the design process for your current project assigned, including UX research, UI design, and creating comprehensive design systems.
Working closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and business goals.
Presenting design concepts and prototypes to clients, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments.
Collaborating with our internal team to ensure design alignment and cohesive implementation.
Managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
Requirements

You have a portfolio that shows work with web applications and design systems where you have delivered most of it from A to Z.
Expertise in Figma (our primary tool).
Proven experience leading design projects from concept to completion.
Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills. We hope your English is as great as your portfolio :)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
