Lead Designer for Reeve, the AI RE Agent

We're looking for an outstanding Lead UX/UI Designer to take Reeve, the AI real estate agent to the next level. Ideally the individual would love what we're building, the contribution to something that hasn't been done before, the impact he/she will have, and desire to grow with us into our full time Design/Creative Director.

Some of responsibilities that come with this role combined with our wish list:

• responsible for everything design, functioning at intersection of design + product + analytics + growth initiatives. For us, they're fully interconnected.

• prioritize with founders (and product team) the incredible amount of work ahead of us: help us produce an amazing marketing site to replace the placeholder we have with the MVP + revamp the UX/UI of the web app & mobile experience + a TON of new features on our 12+ month roadmap

• a preview of upcoming challenges to get you intrigued: How would a seller list their property for sale with one click (or voice command) - as easy as flipping a switch? How would an AI negotiate a real estate transaction?

• conversational UX/UI: give Reeve a cohesive "Voice". Reeve already talks and texts, she should also be enabled with a "website voice" when customers interact with our website.

• give Reeve an "image" and a "personality" to complete a mind blowing marketing website

• You're not just creative and experienced in best UX/UI practices, adding your own creative solutions starting from "first principles", but you're anchored in analytics too (CRO anybody? Landing pages must convert, not just be pretty).

• If you give it some thought, you can feel it in your gut the entire real estate experience is just broken to the core - we might as well re-imagine it all from the ground up. Along the same line, we prefer you don't even have experience in the real estate industry, and your mind NOT be infected with how it's always been, rather bring a fresh perspective to it.

• develop (over time) our design guidelines

• once we have some "guidelines" in place, help us obtain additional freelancer help, when it makes sense, under your supervision. You have a network of excellent freelancers who can help us move forward at highest quality and execution speed.

• you have incredible pride in your craft, but are aware startup life = quality + pace. Must be productive, we're a startup where speed is paramount. You have great judgment balancing the "good enough" vs "best possible" solution.

• you have loosely held strong opinions and are persuasive, yet humble and open to ideas, learning, brainstorming, experimenting fast and iterating. Your experience and personality are strong enough to be a leader

• you take advantage of existing frameworks/templates and know when customizing a template makes more sense than custom work. (we're a Tailwind CSS shop, built on VueJS, with the marketing site on WordPress)

The position can be full-time/part-time based on your skill set, rate and availability. Fully remote, but do prefer to have "some" working hours in our timezone US-EST (Miami).
