Senior UI/UX Product Designer

True Anthem is a venture backed AI software company that has pioneered the use of AI to help top digital publishers automate and optimize the sharing of their content to social media platforms. Our clients include the world’s most important media brands, such as ABC/Disney, NBC Universal, CBS/Paramount, FOX, the Associated Press, Reuters, and Dotdash Meredith.

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to shape the current and future direction of our SaaS product. 

The Position:

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing tech company as the lead product designer for our AI Social Publishing platform. In this role, you will partner closely with internal executive stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and customers to understand user requirements and deliver intuitive and beautifully designed product features to meet/exceed our clients’ needs. 

To be successful in this role, you should have prior UI/UX experience designing B2B web-based software and an interest in digital publishing and/or social media. 

Requirements:

• Experience in designing SaaS web-based software and creating highly intuitive and beautiful user interfaces across a variety of environments (web apps, dashboards, mobile etc.).

• Fundamental understanding of agile product design — research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, visual design, quality assurance, and validating design assumptions.

• Own and operate the design-to-development process.

• Versed in working with established design systems, and creating new ones.

• Expertise using tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, and Marvel.

• Skilled in UXW and able to effectively communicate complex technical language in a manner that is accessible to a consumer-facing audience.

• A passion for solving complex problems while owning all aspects of the design (user experience, visual & interaction design).

• A private or public online portfolio with an outstanding body of work that demonstrates experience designing intuitive web-based interfaces.

• Your portfolio must include at least 2 real projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years experience (desktop/mobile, web/native applications) in UI/UX product design (7 years of experience preferred).

• A bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a design-related discipline such as graphic design, human-computer interaction or communications.

• Team spirit; strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Good time-management skills.
