Sr Designer

Five By Five Global is looking for a full-time Sr Designer with a creative conceptual mind, technical ability, and a passion to grow. This is a great opportunity to join an independent global digital marketing agency and work on compelling projects for exciting, well-known brands on-site in our Culver City office

The Sr. Designer works with the team to create thoughtful and compelling creative solutions with a focus on executing well crafted creative deliverables for our clients. These responsibilities include implementing marketing strategies and developing interactive advertising campaigns and digital solutions. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Sr. Designer will collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, UX designers, production specialists, and technologists. Balancing creative thinking with precision and, timely execution this person will demonstrate an ability to be capable, resourceful, and hungry to grow their ability and role.

The Ideal Candidate

2+ years of digital design experience, preferably at an agency
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Experience building engaging digital experiences for website pages, landing pages, and display ads
Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely manner
Flexible and self-motivated; someone who can seamlessly switch between a diversity of projects.
Industrious and enthusiastic about producing well-crafted work
Has an online portfolio to share
Has the ability to think creatively and justify concepts to team members
Has a proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
Is positive, constructive and accountable for your actions
Is unafraid to learn and implement new tools and technologies

Responsibilities

Work with the team to execute work in a timely and precise mannor
Juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Make fast adjustments to designs based on data and feedback
To think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members

Bonus Points

Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts or a related field
UX and UI design experience
Video/Motion Graphics experience
3D or CGI experience
Webgl, VR, AR, Unity or Unreal experience
