Product Designer

We are looking for an articulate, creative and visual problem solver to join our product team. Although mostly product focused, you will also help over-see and steer elements of the brand including online marketing/sales pages and interactive experiences while working hand in hand with the development team.

Responsibilities: ‍

  • QA and troubleshooting for development, support and bug fixing

  • Define new features and functionality from initial ideation through to prototyping and implementation

  • Work closely with engineering to ensure features are implemented according to original specifications while considering existing user behaviour, experience and expectations

  • Maintain a roadmap of features to ensure platform improvements are as future proof as possible

  • Contribute to development of branding, online interactive UX and design

  • Present and share concepts, prototypes and wireframes with the Head of Product, clearly articulating rationale, implications and dependencies

  • Recreate real-world scenarios to aid in building use/test cases when comparing data providers or implementing platform wide changes

  • Diving into the product on all fronts to gain expert knowledge on how we serve our clients

  • Caring deeply about user experience, with an emphasis on ease of use and the simplification of complex ideas and workflows

  • Be open to rapid changes and fast paced development of ideas

  • Participate in workshops with Support and Community teams to gain unique insights into our users and the challenges we help them overcome

  • Using a mix of Miro, Webflow, Photoshop (or design tool of your choice), you’ll create clear visuals to demonstrate your ideas

  • Deliver product and web designs with polish and attention to detail. Constantly developing the look and feel across the business.
