DESCRIPTION

  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
  • Partner with PMs, other Designers, and Engineers to oversee the user experience of new features and products from conception until launch (and then some)
  • Execute in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
  • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
  • Building and maintaining a robust visual design system will be a core responsibility of this position

  • Previous experience with interactive prototyping like InVision or Framer—coding ability a plus

BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary and generous equity package
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Company-sponsored health, vision and dental benefits package
  • Opportunity to join a passionate, motivated, and fun team at an early stage to help shape and execute on our mission
