Head designer - ecom ad creatives

I'm looking for a designer who can produce ad creatives for various ecommerce brands.

Someone who has creative direction for a well-designed ad. You would need to be an expert in photoshop and produce designs quickly at scale. Is able to turn ideas into digital reality AND has an eye for high-converting ads (Facebook and instagram ads).

This is a part time role but you will be on call to design ad creatives and social media content. You’ll be expected to produce a minimum of 10-15 different ad creatives a week for various ecommerce brands. 

Quick questions to ask yourself:

Are you confident in your ability to design something from scratch?

Can you produce ad creatives at scale?

Do you know what makes a high converting ad?

*YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE DESIGNING AD CREATIVES. BUT WE'RE ALL ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND ALL HAVE SEEN FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM AD CREATIVES. AS A GREAT DESIGNER, YOU KNOW YOU CAN DESIGN ONE TOO.
