Freelance web designer

We are creating an online training program to teach professionals how to give feedback to one another in an effective way. In order to launch, we need a website, pitch deck, social media ads, etc. We have our branding elements and are 90% of the way done designing the website, but now our creative team has been pulled away for billable projects. We need a person or team who can pick it up and carry it across the finish line so that we are fully ready to launch by the first week of September.
