User Researcher

We are seeking a User Researcher to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research for our digital consumer presence.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

• Design research protocols and prepare research plans
• Plan and execute user research activities such as participant recruiting and scheduling, materials production, lab preparation, and other logistics.
• Conduct validation studies with users, including testing of concepts, processes, prototypes, and designs
• Lead rapid iterative usability testing of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Uncover unexpected insights that drive new experiences
• Translate and present research findings into design recommendations to quickly improve product designs early in the design cycle.
