Digital Design Lead

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our growing team at P.F.C.

WHAT IS P.F.C?

P.F.C. is startup that offers a free card and a mobile app that helps users to be in control of their every day spending. We are a team of 25+ people and our goal is to become the leading mobile-first bank in the Nordics.

At P.F.C, designers, managers and engineers work together to build and grow our product in order to give our customers the best possible experience. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO DO

- Lead the design — from initial concept to final visual design — of our iOS and Android apps

- Collaborate with developers, UX, product owners, and others to discover and satisfy the needs of our customers

- Hi-fi prototyping interactions and interfaces to help define new features and solutions

- Work in teams with engineers throughout the development process to ensure a high level of quality in the finished product.

- Help unify the brand across all touchpoints like app, web, the card and marketing materials

We think you have a strong understanding of visual design and UX design in iOS and Androis apps. We are also looking for someone with a passion for designing visually appealing interfaces and experiences, and a love for working with and talking about the design process. Ability to communicate your work in a clear way and to work in iterations with the team is super important, as well as familiarity with tools such as Sketch, as well as prototyping tools like Invision.
