Retail Graphic Designer

We do not offer relocation and you MUST be able to start immediately if selected.

You will be responsible for following company brand direction while graphically creating retail advertisements and promotions for the company. You will follow the creative direction of senior management and execute all aspects of assigned projects while serving as a member of the graphic design team.

As our new graphic designer, you are a competent professional able to support our marketing team. This individual must possess the ability to follow company brand guidelines and templates, as well as work on multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment while producing high-quality collateral and web design from proof to production. The candidate will need to be comfortable working within deadlines, be detailed oriented, and a well-organized self-starter.

What You Will Do

· Design email campaigns, website content, social content, print advertisements, display ads, window banners, and retail signage

  • Understand the design needs for each specific channel of marketing (social media, email marketing, print, etc)
  • Ensure all design work consistently meets brand direction from the Marketing Coordinator
  • Support the Marketing Team in all aspects of marketing communication activities and to occasionally take on other tasks to assist team members when appropriate
  • Conceive and execute copy, graphic design, production, and imagery direction that will enhance the look and feel of our brand and achieves cut-through communication to achieve our objectives
  • Ensure that our proposals, materials, and designs resonate with our customers
  • Accept positive and negative feedback to keep all marketing materials consistent and on-brand

Who You Are

  • Your breadth of design experience is diverse with strong typography, graphic design and layout and creative concepting with a preference for contemporary, fresh, clean lines and inspirational concepts

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design
  • 2+ years of experience in the retail industry
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
