  • Rapidly build and iterate on prototypes that express design intent, using the best and most appropriate tools and techniques for the task
  • Develop functional prototypes to prove and sell concepts to development teams and senior leadership
  • Effectively present, explain, and test your prototypes internally and externally
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering and Product Management to get UI/UX and features implemented with high quality
  • Evaluate and document any new creative and/or engineering standards or patterns that could arise from your work

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related technical field) or Graphic Design (or relevant design field).
  • 3+ years of work experience in building mobile and web software, and doing rapid prototyping in browsers
  • Expert knowledge of the web ecosystem, including HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript, React, Angular and Node
  • Expertise in hand-coding HTML and SCSS to create semantic, standards compliant versions of your designs
  • An understanding of design patterns and modularized SCSS

  • Proactive attitude, effective independently and as part of a team
  • A sense of urgency and ownership over the things you work on
  • Excellent self management and communication skills
  • A desire to learn and teach
  • Please include link to your work for consideration
