Currently, we are looking for an experienced Design Lead to join our team.

Relevant experience and abilities
- Experience in leading teams and driving organizational design, career development, and culture both within UX organizations.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the design process, from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Experience providing key contributions to innovative, successful products and UI Platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs.
- Experience making abstract ideas and requirements into tangible artifacts that enable a cross-functional team to align on a vision.
- Experience providing key contributions to innovative, successful products and UI Platforms.
Bonus if you have competence/experience in
- Experience working with US or European clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and retain a diverse team of designers in the latest UI/UX techniques and tools.
- Apply principles of design thinking to create and deliver engaging and high quality experiences for users.
- Build strong partnerships with our product and engineering teams to understand and implement product visions.
- Guide the design process throughout the project, as well as dig into wires alongside your team.
- Coach the design team on customer presentations and discussions of their work.
