rail.cc is a web project explaining how to travel by train worldwide. Online since 1996. Available in 30 languages. With two million visitors per month.

For a face-lift / new design of our website https://rail.cc , we look for a friendly and creative web designer. The payment is by hour and freelance. We prefer real travellers with experience in rail travel. :)

We want

• clean simplified and clear design and navigation
• use of our natural colours green, sand and white

Focus on

• top menu navigation

• a new integrated blog https://blog.rail.cc
• a footer with additional partner logos and booking links
• mobile (most important - 75%) and desktop design (25%)
• as rail.cc is available in 30 languages, RTL design should also be in your mind

• a very friendly, smiling and international team. We are not a classic company, we are a project of travel enthusiasts. We are not super rich, but pay fair. Ideologists who really want to help others with high quality content. :)
