Web Designer

CareCloud has an immediate opening for an experienced Web Designer to join our award-winning team and work in our Miami Blue Lagoon offices. We're looking for a passionate and talented graphic designer who can ideate breakthrough concepts and see them through to their final launch. We aren't just looking for someone who can make beautiful designs (though that is really important). The ideal candidate is passionate about the web, typography, branding, print and is determined to deliver a breathtaking experience across several mediums. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Generate wireframes, user flows and site maps that capture requirements, embrace usability best practices, and communicate fresh approaches for CareCloud's web properties
Design and maintain the visual integrity of the CareCloud brand and extend it throughout various marketing campaigns
Align great design and creativity to business results
Work on various projects such as marketing collateral, trade-show environments, as well as offline and online campaigns
Collaborate closely with other designers, copywriters, developers and marketing team members to grow the CareCloud brand
Ability to provide rationale behind strategic, architectural, and design decisions and to disseminate information to both creative and technical teams
Always be an advocate for users, consistently defending their needs and wants
Keep pace with the latest perspectives on user experience and visual design

Required Qualifications/Skills

Minimum of 4 yrs of web and print design experience
Able to work in a collaborative and creative environment which promotes teamwork
A strong balance of creativity and technical prowess
A portfolio of previous and current work demonstrating various successful projects
Experience in all phases of web design and development
Superb information design abilities, efficient production and optimization habits, and problem solving skills
Experience in branding and the development of visual systems
Expert Adobe skills
Constant Learner
Can articulate and defend design decisions
Code basic HTML, Javascript, CSS
High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
