About this role

Hybrid working isn’t going anywhere so it’s never been more important for organizations to ensure their workers feel connected – even from afar. As a member of the product teams that create Workplace’s content ecosystems, you’ll be creating zero-to-one experiences with a focus on enabling connections at work in real-time – no matter where people are working from.

Role Specification

  • 6-8 years of experience
  • An effective communicator and collaborator – Your work will touch multiple teams and areas of our product. You’ll be a strong and open communicator, and help to drive alignment across different stakeholders.
  • A strong interaction and visual designer–- You value craft and simplicity, drive to keep a high quality bar and can both work well inside a design system but also know how to contribute to it.
  • Enjoys thinking about the macro and micro – you can jump easily between intricate interactions and broader ecosystem problems.
  • An experienced prototyper – you drive team alignment through interactive design concepts and follow platform-specific design patterns.

General Product Designer Responsibilities

  • Oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content designers
  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our customers
  • Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms
  • Craft designs using existing visual systems and/or standards
  • Solicit and provide feedback from partners to continually improve the quality of our products through multiple iterations exploring a range of design options
