Senior UX Designer (f/m)

Based in Berlin, the group's portfolio includes digital counselling platforms, content and e-commerce services, websites and apps, as well as its own TV channel. With around 250 employees across various business units in Europe, the UK, Asia and Latin America, adviqo offers support in life coaching, spirituality, astrology and esotericism.
Job summary
Our company specializes in technical solutions for personal coaching and life guidance services. We are going through a metamorphosis to grow new products for a broader, international audience. It's a big initiative with lot of room for you as a designer.

What you do
• Lead UX design efforts across the team.
• Participate in product delivery, planning and coordination efforts.
• Determine best UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Continuous optimization of product UX.
• Create high quality deliverables and execute based on UX goals and priorities.
• Leverage, foster and extend the use of established UX design techniques, templates, presentations, and assets in the creation of UX analysis, solutions, and materials.
• Contribute to the adaptation of UX design tools, methodology, and software.
• Drive UX design team delivery excellence & mentor UX designers in best practices.
• Align about branding principles with further design teams within the company.
What you bring along
• 5+ years of experience as a user experience design or similar UX design-related role.
• Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for web applications & mobile apps.
• Fluency in best practices around UX design.
• Fluency with industry-standard design tools.
• Preferably basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Preferably demonstrated history of performing user research or gathering quantitative customer data.
• Preferably strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English. preferably also in German.
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience.
