Freelance Full-Stack Designer

We are look­ing for design free­lancers with strong all-round abil­i­ties, a great eye and the abil­i­ty to quick­ly get up to speed on a vari­ety of projects.

We undertake projects that help bring deeper purpose to our clients’ businesses, and that move that business forward through a combination of strategic design, creativity and empathy. We believe that innovation starts with people, not technology or process, so we work closely together—internally and with our clients—in highly collaborative teams where the lines between roles are intentionally blurred.

Candidates should bring world-class design ability, with outstanding craft and attention to detail. We’re looking for designers that are able to quickly move onto a project, see opportunity and not wait to be told what to do. Candidates should be comfortable with work that ranges from branding, digital, experiential to product design. Technical expertise, and the ability to design at a high level under time pressure is a must. Candidates should be comfortable with both leading design on teams, as well as taking direction.

Expertise in the following:

BRAND DESIGN

Identity design, collateral systems, iconography systems, packaging, brand guidelines, illustration

DIGITAL DESIGN

Website design, prototyping, UI design, app design, design pattern libraries

PRODUCTION

Print production, motion graphics / animation, digital asset production

Required Skills

• Ability to work closely with teams

• Comfort collaborating with designers and non-designers alike

• Ability to translate complex or abstract ideas into clear conceptual directions

• Proven skills in: Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch

• Ability to work under deadline
