Marketing Designer

Pioneer is seeking a unique and talented individual to join our Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of marketing and design-related directives to coincide with growth and retention initiatives in a fast-paced service industry. This role will support the development of digital marketing, campaign design and execution, and brand recognition and awareness. This individual will work closely with our sales teams and collaborate with members of our design staff to successfully market our brand and products.

 Role responsibilities: 

Design & implement targeted marketing campaigns to include:

-website, email, ads, & social

Develop & execute effective marketing briefs including concept, copy, & design

Drive consistency in cadence of brand awareness efforts

Support Sales teams with marketing collateral to include:

-customized pitch/presentation decks

-print collateral for events

-enhance marketing collateral & brand presence

Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative concepts to promote both brand & products

Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels and efforts

 Experience Requirements:

Portfolio of work demonstrating your past work, roles, and thought processes

In-depth working knowledge of HubSpot design & marketing

Execute & optimize conversion rates to drive retention, & growth 

Support event marketing efforts

Familiarity with SEO/SEM & Google Analytics

Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)

Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented & a team player

 Technical Requirements:

3-5 years experience with HubSpot

Solid understanding of inbound marketing with a focus on lead generation.

Proficiency in creating marketing emails, marketing collateral, & campaigns to support brands

Understanding of SEO best practices

Employment terms: full-time (40 hrs/week) hybrid office + remote environment. Local office location-Potomac, MD

Compensation: $75,000/yr based on experience
