Web Designer & UX Lead

Want to be a website designer and UX lead for a growing agency?

WireBuzz is a ROI-focused video, sales and marketing agency that brings sales and marketing into alignment and brand experience into focus. We’re a team of strategists and creatives passionate about serving life science, B2B and service-based businesses. Most of us live in Arizona, but we all work remotely (our HQ is Slack). We celebrate our team members with quarterly “Appreciation and Abundance” Zoom happy hours. And our CEO is Todd Hartley, keynote speaker for Tony Robbins’ Business Mastery.

We are looking for a new member of our “teamily”:

  • You’ve been designing, building, and deploying client websites on WordPress, Wix, HubSpot, and Webflow for the past few years
  • You have a portfolio of small- to medium-sized websites that demonstrate your technical prowess and attention to detail
  • You’re familiar with industry-standard design and UX tools like Canva, AdobeXD and Figma
  • You know HTML, some CSS, and a lil’ JavaScript
  • You’re familiar with Google Tag manager and other tracking code implementations
  • You’re a project management HERO (organization and taking action are your superpowers)
  • You’re excited by the opportunity help develop and grow a UX department over the next 12+ months

If you think you could be “the one,” here is what we expect in a full-time, long-term relationship:

  • Supporting our vetting and proposal process by performing source code and UX audits, then delivering recommendations you can implement
  • Collaborating with our Head of Strategy and Copywriting Manager on all website redesign and landing page projects
  • Designing wireframes for websites and landing pages
  • Managing our client website projects from kick-off through go-live and maintenance retainers
  • Sourcing freelancers to support you on projects as needed
  • Optimizing our website project templates and managing task assignments and status updates in our PM tool (Wrike)
  • Maintaining our agency’s HubSpot website

Bonus Points:

  • Agency experience
  • eCommerce and Shopify experience
  • Proficiency in full-stack programming languages

Other Details:

Interviews Start: March 1, 2022

Position Starts: April 2022

Location: Remote from anywhere within the U.S.

Salary: $70-80K DOE

Benefits: Time off and insurance coverage start after 90 days
