Senior Product Designer

The opportunity
We’re looking for a Sr Product Designer who can own product, feature, experience designs from ideation to pixel perfect UI creation. You’ll partner with Product to guide the evolution of our product with research, user testing and metrics analysis. Our ideal candidate is an experienced full stack product designer who is well versed in qualitative and quantitative processes to inform UX design without compromising on beautiful visuals.
Once here you’ll
- Drive your designs from concept flows and wireframes to componentized eng assets
- Meticulously design modern, visually appealing UI
- Build prototypes in Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other designers
- Champion user-centric designs that evolve Treasure’s brand and design systems
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of real-world experience designing digital products and services as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
- A passion for Visual design past simple, 1 color buttons
- Expertise with Figma: Experience building components, auto layout, design systems
- A self starter with natural curiosity about clients and users as well as business and product goals
Even better
- Experience prototyping and testing users to inform design and product decisions
- Experience in fintech
Requirements
- Portfolio of past work case studies led by you: shows ownership, breath of work, process and high fidelity designs
- Addition of a dribbble or behance link is a plus
