About the role

Gemfy is enabling crypto gaming for all. We're an easy and friendly way for giving access to crypto games. We're in the early days of crypto gaming and Gemfy as well, and we're now hiring our first full-time designer. The ideal candidate has experience building web and mobile products from scratch, loves learning, and reconciles user needs with business objectives. We'll get things wrong as we'll get things right, so approaching product design as an iterative process and an eternal learning mindset is essential for us.

Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end (hands-on) design of large parts of our product
Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications
Collaborate closely with engineering and product management in an Agile and iterative fashion to ensure your proposed designs meet user needs and are feasible to implement

Requirements

Fluent English
Experience working on early stage consumer or SaaS products in a design agency, start-up, or digital product company
Ability to stay current with the latest design trends, industry standards, and best practices
Excellent critical thinking skills; consider the product holistically and reconcile user needs with business objectives in formulating product solutions to achieve the product vision
